At HÄLSA, we believe that taking time away from our daily routines, shutting out sensation and reconnecting inwards allows us to step back into the world feeling more whole and connected. By offering a time and space devoted to deep relaxation, we empower people to live happier, healthier lives so they can care for themselves, their loved ones, our community, and our Earth.
HÄLSA Spa opened in December 2014 on West 4th Avenue in Kitsilano, Vancouver. Featuring 4 state-of-the-art floatation therapy rooms, 2 custom infrared saunas, 3 massage rooms, a small meditation room, and a beautiful sky-lit relaxation lounge. We’re a health spa in the European tradition (HÄLSA is the Swedish word for health).
HÄLSA is a true sanctuary from the hustle and bustle of everyday life – a quiet space dedicated to healing BODY, MIND, and SOUL.
