Integrative Restorative Workshop: Shoulders, Neck and Back
This integrative wellness experience designed by Tania Clarke (Move Deeply Wellness) combines somatic movement, restorative yoga and sound healing to help you get grounded in your body, relieve tension, and settle your mind. Our focus for this workshop will be releasing tension in the shoulders, neck and lower back with gentle, efficient movement.
Tania will close the practice with a 30 minute sound journey to help you integrate the practice into your body while allowing the mind to find a resting place in sound and music. Tania’s sound journeys incorporate her own nature soundscapes and a variety of instruments including crystal bowls, tongue drum, chimes, cello and more.

Hips and Core

Designed by Tania Clarke (Move Deeply Wellness), this workshop combines somatic movement, restorative yoga and sound healing to help you get grounded in your body, relieve tension, and settle your mind. Our focus for this workshop will be releasing tension in the hips and core through gentle, efficient movement.
Tania will close the practice with a 30 minute sound journey to help you integrate the practice into your body while allowing the mind to find a resting place in sound and music. Tania’s sound journeys incorporate her own nature-inspired soundscapes and a variety of instruments including crystal bowls, tongue drum, chimes, cello and more.
Tania is trained in a variety of modalities including yoga, Pilates, somatic exercise, and Thai massage. After living most of her 20s with shoulder pain and eventually discovering somatic and restorative movement, she is passionate about sharing her practice and helping people feel joy in moving all ways.
Bring a yoga mat, blanket, optional yoga bolster, wear layered clothing and try not to eat a heavy meal at least 1 hour prior to the workshop. Due to limited space pre-reistration is required.
