Jennifer McGregor is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist who focuses on creating simple solutions that support a variety of lifestyles while honouring the relationship we have to ourselves and the foods we choose. After graduating in 2008 from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition, Jennifer committed herself to a career in the wellness world and in 2021 graduated from the Institute of Holistic Nutrition. Through studying the science of nutrition and experiencing her own bouts of illness through her twenties, Jennifer delved into different areas of health that included deep cleansing, autoimmune disease, skin conditions, endocrinology, burn out, digestion, inflammation, candida, and parasites. Through thoroughly experiencing imbalance within each one of these areas herself, she found a way back to an optimal state of health through employing different methods of holistic medicine.
With an enthusiasm for wellbeing, and a joy for life, Jennifer brings kindness, intuition, and empathy into every session while also creating effective solutions for busy lifestyles. Her passion is to help others, and to develop consistent lasting change that is not only effective, but easy! Jennifer believes in living a life saturated in wellness that includes a balanced diet, daily exercise, supportive community, and big doses of self love.
Sessions will often include meal planning, dietary outlines, supplement protocols, recipe support, and education to help you understand how your diet and lifestyle are affecting your wellbeing. (How is your sleep affecting your weight loss goals? Why do we need protein and fat to balance blood sugar levels? How can sugar affect our hormones? ) Having a nutritionist by your side can help you achieve your health goals by shining light on areas in your diet and lifestyle that could be affecting your wellbeing.

This 30 minute session is set up for a quick intake and answering your holistic health questions that google may not provide. Diet, lifestyle, supplements and mindful suggestions will be offered. If more guidance is needed, Jennifer may suggest The 60.
The 60 is a 60 minute session where you’ll have a more elaborate intake, discuss goals and health concerns while creating a long term plan. This session is recommended for those who have ongoing health concerns or are looking for a complete in depth overhaul!
The membership provides ongoing consistent nurturing support to clients who wish to take part in one monthly in person session with weekly email support. This is for those who wish to create lasting change in their wellbeing and who want a nutrition side kick in their lives! The monthly session offers all that the Sixty includes with one email correspondence per week. Emails will address concerns such as cleansing symptoms, grocery confusion, bodily changes, and whatever questions that arise through your journey.
