Eva is a Muscle Ninja, on a mission to break your patterns of tension, stress and chronic discomfort, while creating a healing space to let go and feel cared for. Her gratitude for this work shows up in her sessions - empathetic, caring, present and curious. She honors you and holds you as her focus for the entire time you are together.
Eva's background in yoga and gymnastics set a foundation of body awareness, movement and what we are capable of. She brings this into her practice as a bodyworker, which spans over 10 years. Her investigation of the healing arts and personal awareness began over 20 years ago, motivated by the desire to heal herself. Exploring the body, mind and emotional connection, ignited a curiosity of how physical and/or emotional trauma can get physically trapped in the body causing long-term pain and/or holding patterns. Eva wholeheartedly incorporates her knowledge and personal experience into her life practice as a source of love and inspiration for herself others.
Eva is trained in: Deep Flow Massage, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Shiatsu, Joint Release, Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, Thai Massage, Aromatherapy, Sports Massage, Wellness Coaching and Yoga

I believe a healers work is the path to heal one’s self, and in doing so can help to facilitate another’s healing process through experience and compassion.”

I have been practicing massage for the past 7 years. My journey began in Thailand when I took a Thai Massage workshop in 2013, igniting my passion for massage and bodywork. My love for yoga has always given me a deeper understanding of body mechanics as well as influenced my massage practice. When I returned from Thailand, I completed my massage training, and soon after, I completed my 200 HR Yoga Teacher Training and began teaching right away.

I offer a type of Body Work called Re-Balancing, which is informed by Rolfing, Feldenkrais, Esalen, Trager and Shiatsu therapies. Re-Balancing incorporates Intuitive Touch, Deep Tissue and Joint Release Techniques, Breath Work, as well as various Acupressure and Energy Healing modalities. I have also integrated this practice with other techniques such as, Swedish Relaxation, Bio-dynamic Craniosacral Therapy and Myofascial Release.

I have an incredible passion for learning about the workings of the human body and mind, especially how trauma and emotions affect our tissues. I have found that by allowing both mine and my clients body and nervous system to settle at the start of my sessions, there is a conversation that happens between our systems on an energetic level. This not only allows my clients to feel safe, but also allows me to feel where the body wants to be touched and receive healing. Being able to make a difference in peoples lives through my work is the most fulfilling part of my job.

Marlo has been doing massage for the past 7 years.  Her passion for fitness however started at a very young age.  Always active, trying every sport she now spends most of her time while she’s not working, running outside, hiking with her dog and doing very short workouts with weights.  In her 20’s she became a personal trainer and group class fitness instructor through Can Fit Pro and in her 2004 completed her level 1 yoga instructor certification. After over 18 years in corporate, she felt she needed to go with her heart, which was making people feel great and relaxed.  While still at her job, she became a chair practitioner and started doing chair massage on the side for the elderly and in corporate offices.   She loved it so much that eventually she made the switch from working in an office to helping people feel great in the office environment. In 2014, she graduated from the Vancouver School of Bodywork and massage with honours.

Marlo believes that a combination of a variety of activities (especially outside in nature), nutrition and soft tissue release through massage therapy are an integral part in feeling good in mind, body and soul.

Marlo's treatments are about an experience; extremely intuitive and focused on relaxation, she has a way of penetrating the muscles slowly yet deeply to minimize any discomfort and to allow the body to fully relax. Her background in fitness allows her to suggest stretches or exercises you may want to include at home to enhance your wellness and areas of need.

She is certified in Deep Tissue, Myofascial release, Swedish, Hot Stone, Reflexology and Deep flow which is a combination of many modalities mixed into one beautiful, tailored for you, experience.

"It is such an honour and pleasure to help people feel great, relieve tension and feel completely relaxed for the moment in this busy world.  I love this work and look forward to helping my clients in any way I can".

Rebecca brings a unique, intuitive,  integrational approach to each session. Her desire to help you achieve your health goals is a common thread through every treatment.

As a Registered Canadian Reflexology Therapist, she offers gentle, highly effective treatments to help you reach a tranquil, state of mind and body. In this blissful state, your body can find balance and communication within each system. Reflexology has been shown to improve sleep, aid in hormonal issues like PMS and menopause, alleviate digestive discomfort, improve circulation, and reduce symptoms related to diseases of the immune system, including chronic pain.

"Mindfulness is the core of my practice. From the moment I meet a client I am observant and intuitive; an approach that nurtures awareness and trust.”

I was trained as an RMT in Ontario (but do not hold that designation in BC) and had further training in Active Release, Indian Head Massage, Deep Trigger Point Therapy, Prenatal Massage, Lymphatic Drainage, and Sports Massage. I believe I combine my scientific knowledge of the body with my intuitive touch for a truly different experience.

I started to have Massage Therapy when I was 13 years old as a competitive figure skater on the National Team. I knew immediately that I wanted to spend the rest of my life learning and healing...I feel grateful everyday to still be doing what I love most.

Lorenzo discovered his passion for healing touch during a major transition period of his life when he had the opportunity to spend a lot of time in nature.

On this journey of nature connection and immersion he developed a deep gratitude for the natural world and its healing power. He encountered many healers whose stories touched him profoundly and inspired him to follow a similar path.

Lorenzo now believes that only when people heal themselves first, can healing on earth truly begin. Massage is the means by which he wishes to humbly contribute to the collective healing of our communities.

Lorenzo is skilled in a number of modalities and loves to incorporate elements of Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Shiatsu and Thai massage. Combined with oils and salves infused with locally grown medicinal plants Lorenzo creates unique treatments tailored for each client that can be both invigorating and relaxing.

He is a graduate of the Bodywork Therapy program at the Vancouver School of Healing Arts, and has additional certifications in Deep Flow and Thai Massage.
