On some level, we all recognize that the amount of time we spend in front of screens is a little out of control. Constant stimulation with light and information keeps us wired and frazzled while we’re on Pavlovian high-alert for a ping or beep that signals our next data hit.
The HÄLSA DIGITAL DETOX is a wonderful step away from all that, a chance to reconnect inwards and get back in touch with our essence.
Enjoy a 30 minute massage that will focus on the head, neck, and shoulders, releasing tension and “text neck” while improving circulation to the brain. You’ll follow up with a dreamy 90 minute FLOAT, a time and space to stop doing and enjoy simply BEING. A true reset for the nervous system, you’ll leave DEFRAGGED and REBOOTED.

As the name suggests, this Retreat is a shortcut to BLISS!
Start your experience with a 90 minute FLOAT in either the Genesis Pod or Ocean Float Room to deeply relax the body and quiet the mind then head upstairs for a 60 minute MASSAGE. With your body relaxed and breathing deep, our bodyworkers will gently work out any remaining tension and leave you feeling fully embodied and beautifully blissful!

Start your journey in one of our state-of-art FLOAT environments and surrender to the deep relaxation and tranquility that lies just beyond distraction.
You’ll then head upstairs for a 90 minute MASSAGE with one of our talented bodyworkers. After a brief consultation, let go and enjoy an amazing, customized MASSAGE using our large selection of essential oils and sink into RAPTURE!

Whether you had a rough weekend in an otherwise clean lifestyle, or are simply looking to jumpstart a new cycle of wellness, the HÄLSA DEEP CLEANSE RETREAT will reset your system and leave you feeling light and glowing.
Start with a 90 minute MASSAGE. We might suggest long, fluid, flowing strokes to stimulate and the bodies natural detoxifying systems, moving fluid away from the muscles and back towards the heart where it can be cleared out. A custom aromatherapy oil blend and targeted reflexology combine to enhance the body’s natural healing abilities.
From there, you’ll move into a private INFRARED SAUNA suite where you’ll enjoy 60 minutes of gentle, penetrating heat to sweat out all the stuff stirred up in your massage. Sip our ELECTROLYTE WATER while you sauna and end with a cooling shower where you can wash down to help scrub away impurities.

Start with a 90 minute FLOAT to help quiet the mind and allow yourself to drop into the deep, relaxed state where the body’s natural healing mechanisms engage.
From there, you’ll head upstairs for a Customized 60 minute MASSAGE. You and your bodyworker will discuss what you’re looking for and a collaborative session will unfold using our unique selection of essential oils and the intuitive, caring touch of one of our talented HÄLSA bodyworkers.
You’ll end with a deep sweat in a 60 minute INFRARED SAUNA. Using penetrating, gentle heat, Infrared Saunas have numerous health benefits and are the perfect place to let go and reset. We’ll set you up with electrolyte enhanced water to sip while in the sauna and you’ll have time for a cooling shower after.
