Thai Yoga Massage
A physical expression of the Buddhist principle of ‘Metta’, or loving kindness, Thai Yoga Massage is seen as an effective way of applying the foundation for healing of body, mind and soul.
What is Thai Yoga Massage?
Thai Yoga Massage is a blend of assisted movement, acupressure, and massage principles to aid in the relief of painful, tight, and aching muscles while improving the feeling of overall wellness.
How does Thai Yoga Massage compare to other massage?
Thai Yoga Massage combines deep static and rhythmic pressures as the body is stretched, compressed, pulled, moved, and rocked in various yoga-influenced positions that increase circulation and range of motion. In addition, Oil massage can be requested which includes deep pressure, gliding, rolling and stretching movements using the palms, thumbs and elbows. This is similar to Swedish massage except the recipient wears shorts so assisted movement and stretching can still be applied.

Your unique requests and body constitution determine Candise’s application of the massage.
